Die Malerei ist mit Abstand meine intimste und persönlichste Ausdrucksweise. In den letzten Jahren habe ich mich dabei stark mit Naturpigmenten und traditionellen Maltechniken beschäftigt.

Natürliche Pigmente aus Erden aus der ganzen Welt und Bindemittel wie Gummi Arabicum oder Eitempera begeistern mich und die Auseinandersetzung damit komplementiert meine Beschäftigung mit dem Material Erde/Ton.
